Chairman
For the past quarter-century I've had the privilege of personally assisting thousands of business owners, sole proprietors and investors - as well as coaching tens of thousands more at events across America. From wealth management to entity structuring and tax reduction seminars, some industry big names have been my companions on stage! My unique perspective is based in understanding every aspect that goes into being an entrepreneur; successes AND struggles alike. It's a fundamental mission for me – helping you discover which entity or asset protection structure works best so your journey can be prosperous one!
Eric Hintermeyer
Chief Executive Officer
Eric is the Chief Executive Officer of Controllers, Ltd., with nearly 30 years of military service grounded in servant leadership and stewardship. With over 13 years as a Finance Manager, he developed a deep respect for structure, documentation, and accountability.
At Controllers, Eric focuses on helping families and businesses stay compliant, organized, and positioned for long-term continuity. A Northern Nevada resident for more than 25 years, he is active in his church, supports nonprofit organizations, and prioritizes time with his family, which he considers the foundation of purposeful leadership.
Kaitlyn Arden
Director of Operations
Kaitlyn serves as the Director of Operations at Controllers, Ltd., where she keeps the firm running smoothly behind the scenes and client-facing. From managing internal operations and HR to leading client compliance calls, Kaitlyn ensures everything stays on track with precision and care.
Known for her organization, follow-through, and steady leadership, she plays a key role in both client success and team efficiency.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn is a proud dog mom to a German Shepherd and a St. Bernard. She enjoys off-roading, spending time with friends, and hosting BBQs.
Tiphani Ross
Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant
Tiphani is an experienced professional with over 20 years across the legal and wellness fields. She brings more than eight years of experience in personal injury law, complemented by 13 years as a licensed massage therapist, a background that informs her detail-oriented, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
Since joining Controllers in January 2023, Tiphani serves as Office Manager/Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations, supporting executive leadership and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and continuity.
A long-time Reno/Sparks resident of over 22 years, Tiphani is a devoted mother of three and values community, balance, and adaptability—qualities that shape both her professional leadership and personal life.
Stephan Hild
Senior Strategist & VP of Sales
Stephan specializes in aligning entity structures with long-term financial and operational goals. With a sharp strategic mindset and a deep understanding of trusts, LLCs, and generational planning, he works closely with clients to craft tailored solutions that promote asset protection, tax strategy, and generational wealth planning.
Clients value Stephan not only for his technical knowledge but also for his forward-thinking approach—helping them shift from reactive decisions to proactive strategies that truly support their vision.
Outside the office, Stephan can usually be found analyzing the stock market, attending music festivals, or chasing fresh air in the great outdoors. He brings that same energy—focused, dynamic, and unapologetically bold—into everything he does.
Tessa Rudy
Executive Assistant & Trust Coordinator
Tessa serves as Trust Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Controllers, Ltd., where she plays a central role in coordinating client relationships, compliance workflows, and strategic planning initiatives. With a background spanning property management, project coordination, and executive support, she brings a strong operational mindset and an eye for improving systems, processes, and client experience.
At Controllers, Tessa works closely with leadership, strategists, and affiliate partners to ensure clients receive clear communication, organized documentation, and proactive follow-through. She is known for her ability to translate complex structures into understandable next steps while keeping projects moving efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Tessa is a devoted mother of three and balances a demanding professional life with family, creativity, and entrepreneurial pursuits. Her approach to work is grounded in accountability, empathy, and long-term thinking—values that guide how she supports both clients and the Controllers team.
Brennan Weaver
Marketing & Social Coordinator
Brennan oversees our digital communications and content strategy, delivering educational resources, updates, and insights that align with our values. She plays a key role in amplifying our mission and keeping clients informed, engaged, and connected to Controllers ongoing journey. Brennan is a 23-year-old Mississippi State grad with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Marketing. When she’s not behind a screen, you’ll likely find her lifting heavy at the gym as she’s training for her first bodybuilding competition. She’s also big on family time, being outdoors with her dog Rocky, and spontaneous trips with friends.
